Our Founder
Gray Hogan
Our founder and primary cigar guru, Gray is a disabled Veteran with experience in nonprofit community management, medical, commercial, and legal fields. He is responsible for administrative tasks, event coordination (venue communication, scheduling, activity planning), volunteer recruitment and coordination, and engaging with the Veteran community to promote events and ensure attendance.
Our Advisory Board
Aaron Beck
Aaron brings years of valuable logistical experience. Crucial for planning and execution of events, particularly determining and acquiring necessary equipment (chairs, tables, games) and transportation, ensuring smooth setup and operation.
Jennifer Hogan
Jennifer is our Veteran Support Specialist and Caregiver Support Group Organizer. She provides insight into Veteran and caregiver needs, supports caregivers at events, offers ongoing encouragement to Gray, and meticulously reviews documents and communications.
Alex Turner
Alex is a Navy Seabee Veteran with social media management and sales experience. Serves as HawserPoint's Social Media Coordinator, enhancing online presence, engaging the Veteran community, and effectively promoting the mission and events across all digital platforms. His Veteran background provides crucial understanding of the target audience.
